Walls, trims and patch-and-paint work before handover or move-in.
Small repairs, 1–2 hours
Minor fixes and quick jobs.
Half day, up to 4 hours
Best for a shortlist of repairs, touch-ups and finishing work.
Full day, up to 8 hours
Ideal for bigger punch lists across multiple rooms or areas.
Gyprock, per patch
Patch, set, sand and leave ready for paint.
Tiles, repair / install
Tile replacement, grout touch-ups and small tiled-area repairs.
End of lease, per property
Vacate cleaning plus common touch-ups before final inspection.
Furniture assembly, per item
Flat-pack assembly, setup and final fit-off.
Starting rates guide the estimate. Larger scopes, materials, access needs and any licensed trade coordination are confirmed in writing first. You approve the final scope and price in writing before we start. If the job turns out smaller than quoted, you pay the smaller number.
